This oil has been produced with the traditional variety of Empeltre olives, all from the local fields of Belchite in the middle valley of the river Ebro.
The olives were milled in Almzara Jaime using current and modern techniques similar to those used for extra virgin olive oil by centrifugation without additives, resulting in a well balanced oil with a golden yellow colour, slightly fruity, with sweet tones of almonds and apples that differentiates it from an olive oil making it ideal for stews and for use as a condiment in raw foods.
